The questions homeowners ask us most often, before the first conversation.

It depends on scope. A single bathroom is usually three to five weeks; a legal basement suite runs eight to twelve; a whole-home renovation, three to five months. We back every project with a written guarantee to complete within the agreed timeline.
Yes — entirely. We pull every permit, coordinate engineering where it is required, and book and attend all inspections through to final sign-off. You never have to chase the city yourself.
Always. We cost the full scope from the drawings and give you a fixed quote before a single tool comes out. If you later choose to change something, we price the change and get your sign-off before proceeding.
Every project carries a twelve-month defects period covering our workmanship, on top of the manufacturer warranties on the products we install. If something needs attention in that window, we come back and put it right.
For room-by-room renovations and basement suites, usually yes — we seal off work zones, manage dust, and keep your kitchen and a bathroom usable wherever possible. For whole-home projects we will talk through what is realistic during the consultation.
